The problem
Where it started
Levelheaded resolves landlord, roommate and neighbour disputes with Keel, its resolution engine. We mapped the category across organic, paid and AI answers. Levelheaded held none of the AI citations. The leader held half. Invisible where buyers ask.
What we built
What changed
Five of six audits delivered, every one feeding the AI visibility roadmap. The roadmap showed where renters and students ask about deposits, repairs and roommate disputes, and which sources AI answers cite. That told us where to show up and what to say. For the Keel launch we pointed Reddit and Meta ads at the campus landing page for off-campus renters. One page, one action: get it resolved.
01 · Investigation
Invisible where buyers ask.
156 competitors across 8 channels, organic, paid and AI answers. Levelheaded's citation share: 0.0%. The AI answer leader's: 49.7%. 368 keywords competitors won that they didn't.

02 · The portal
Five of six delivered.
Every audit fed the AI visibility roadmap. The roadmap fed the campaign: which platforms, which audience, which page.

03 · The campaign
Where AI answers send people.
Reddit and Meta ads into /campus for off-campus renters, for the Keel launch. One page, one action.
