Case study · Site rebuild · Fractional operations
Every report ends in what's next.
Prism+Spire worked through the portal. Each report closed with a next step, and those became the site rebuild and the content to go with it.

The problem
Where it started
The old prismandspire.com: a template with stock photos, a generic headline, and an About section where the main image didn't even load. Nothing for search or AI to cite.
What we built
What changed
Prism+Spire worked through CRO, content gap, AI visibility and audience reports in the portal. Every report ends with 'what's next': the one move it recommends, and the service that delivers it. Those next steps became the work: a full site rebuild on Next.js and Vercel, conversion-first, Core Web Vitals in the green at launch, analytics wired before traffic hits, and the content to go with it. 'The call you make before you hire a COO.'
00 · Before
A stock photo and a broken image.
The old prismandspire.com: a template hero with a stock photo, a generic headline, and an About section where the main image didn't even load. Nothing for search or AI to cite.

01 · The portal
Reports that point somewhere.
Every report in the portal ends with 'what's next': the one move it recommends, and the service that delivers it. AI visibility → site rebuild: structured data, entity signals and content architecture LLMs can parse. Content gap → content creation: the posts, landing pages and scripts the gap analysis identified.

02 · Shipped
The rebuild, delivered in the portal.
A full rebuild on Next.js and Vercel, with Core Web Vitals in the green at launch and analytics wired before traffic hit.
